Lutech Mobile Employees Management (MEM) app allows you to manage all these things and more:
The App allows you to detect attendance and absences, as well as from the normal stamper, also from a mobile device with possible GPS position detection. In addition, always from a mobile device, it is possible to carry out a series of operations such as sending a request for absence with INPS number insertion and insertion of an expense report accompanied by a photographic image of the receipts.
For companies that carry out technical interventions at the customers' premises, it is possible to enter the activities carried out through the dictation system, request the customer's signature and forward the intervention report signed by the customer in PDF format via email.
In short, the App allows you to:
